The fifth edition of RAKS was fantastic! I can't believe it is over! And that we have done five of these already! Time flies when you are having fun!
It was our first RAKS with new teachers (Delanna, Elisa Gamal and Serkan Tutar) and we want to thank them for their amazing teaching and performing, and for all the knowledge they shared with us. Also our participants, from Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Finland, Germany, Poland, USA and Japan!
RAKS 2013 will take place on August 21-25th. 2013 teachers will be Said El Amir from Germany, Aisa Lafour from the Netherlands and RAKS organiser Artemisia. We will also have a hafla day guest (still to be announced).
RAKS remains the same. Four days of learning, breathing, sweating and sharing oriental dance! We will update the website soon with more info on the 2013 teaching team and what they will be teaching! We promise hard work, a great atmosphere, the best learning environment, and a chance to fully immerse yourself from morning till evening into the world of bellydance. You will go home with a suitcase full of dirty dance clothes, and a backpack full of new ideas.
